HTML Tutorial Page
Here, you an learn how to be GREAT at HTML. {Full Credit and thanks to Stellar for the idea}
HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark-up Language. The Brackets or Tags you’ve noticed {><} specify text and command your letters to do something. Just to simplify something first, these ARE NOT case sensitive. Meaning it doesn’t matter what text used like lowercase and capitals. {Aa Bb, doesnt matter which!} And the highlighted/bolded is what you SHOULD use for the HTML or just something important.
- Text Kind
Try this for example, do . These Bolden your text. Basically, they stand for something. Like the B in Bold. Now, if you want to end the type of text, use the / in front of your tags. Like to end your bolded text. Like if you want your bolded text, here’s what it should be Text Here This is what it should look like Text Here If it doesn’t, make sure your using an HTML box. Make sure this is typed in right, too.
-Here’s a a few you can use:- {The complicated ones remain secret
}
Bold Writing= {My example of course}
Italic Writing=
Underlined Writing=
Deleted Writing=<del> {Note: The color of <del> MAY be red, depending on typing box format}
- Text Type
This is the fun part, you get to use ANY kind of text you want. Check this, if you want to use Neurochrome, {My FAVORITE} use this Then end with . ALWAYS include the = and Quote’s {“} to start and end it. Otherwise it will just mess up. This should be easy to memorize. Make sure it’s right. Same thing to >< and /. HTML is like a memory in your head once you get used to it! Now check what happens: Like this! It rocks. This also goes with different styles, too.
-Including-
Times New Roman= <font face”times new roman”>
Impact=
Batik Regular=<font face=”batik regular”>
Franklin Gothic Medium=<font face=”franklin gothic medium”>
- Text Color
Now to color. You saw earlier the red part of my ‘Text Kind’ tutorial. Instead of ‘Face’ for text type…it’s going to be ‘Color‘ for text color! These colors are hexidecimal. Kids like Atat, Punchbuggy, and I might have to probably look on google! Adults could MAYBE memorize HALF of it. Now, this is how it works. You do this to get it. Make sure youre using #. I’m not sure if you MUST use it, but for now, keep with the #. This is how it should turn up: You do this to get it. Remember to ALWAYS use = and ” to keep it unmessed. Anyways, that’s my favorite color. You can use other colors. simple colors like just typing in red will still work. As long as it’s just a simple color.
